Whether you're searching for information, filling out a government form, sending an email or developing a prototype for your start-up, you need the comfort and ability to use technology.

In 2021, 63.4% of Toronto respondents on the Bridge survey of technology use noted that Toronto Public Library was their only access to technology services and 80.4% reported increased digital comfort after using one or more technology services.
