1991	Closed for minor improvements on 1 June. Reopened 2 July.
1992	Closed for barrier-free access improvements on 21 April. Reopened 18 May.
2005	Closed for renovations 17 April, Hariri, Pontarini, Architects, Inc.

2009	Winner of the City of Toronto’s 2009 Toronto Urban Design Award of Excellence for a Public Building in Context.

Pape/Danforth is on Indigenous land. This is the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee (ho-den-oh-sho-nee) Confederacy (aka. the Six Nations Confederacy), the Wendat, and the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation.
