When you visit the beach, have you seen cute little round, sand-coloured birds, scurrying hurriedly along the water? Then you might be lucky enough to have spotted a Piping Plover!

Piping Plover returned to Ontario after a 30-year absence and in 2024 they will celebrate their 18th breeding season back on our beaches! Join Birds Canada and their Ontario Piping Plover Conservation Program Team to find out how you can help this charismatic shorebird and ensure we celebrate many more breeding seasons to come!

At this program, you'll also get a chance to learn about the TPL birding kits, provided by Birds Canada!

Register in person or by phone at 416-396-8979.
